To buy a property through Bahria Plus, you need to follow the following steps: Check out our website or mobile application available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Select the property that meets your criteria and drop an inquiry for the same. Go on a site visit of the selected property with a related agency or agent. Close the deal- With the Agent and Owner of the Property and you are good to go.

Al-Kabir Town Phase 2 Umer Block 2nd Balloting and Down Payment Submission

In a public notice addressed to dealers and customers, Al-Kabir Town management has informed them that the last date of submission of the down payment for Al-Kabir Town Phase 2, Umer Block plot files was 15th July 2021 has been extended to 15th August 2021. All these customers and dealers have been directed to submit their dues before the said date otherwise their files won?t be included in the second balloting of Umer Block.

The management of Al Kabir Town, Lahore, will announce the second balloting date for residential and commercial plots in the society after 15th August 2021.The map of Umer Block. will be uploaded after the second balloting.
