The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) authority recorded the new tax collections worth Rs475bn in March of FY-21 and crossed its target of Rs439bn.
For the month of March, FBR collected 8.2pc more than the set target of Rs439bn.
Also, for Jul-March period, the FBR crossed its collection target of Rs3.29tr and recorded the total revenues of Rs3.39tr. The net tax collection is 10pc more than the value of Rs3.08tr recorded in the same period of last year.
